1. Right to Appeal
Authors may raise objections to reviewer comments, and the editorial office will re-examine the manuscript and provide a response.
2. Revision Obligations
Authors are required to revise the manuscript in accordance with each reviewer comment and submit a revision note along with the revised manuscript through the submission system. Failure to revise within the deadline or insufficient revisions may result in rejection.

Duplicate submission, data fabrication, plagiarism, and other forms of academic misconduct are strictly prohibited. Upon discovery, the manuscript will be publicly retracted and the author's affiliated institution will be notified.
IV. Editorial Office Oversight Mechanisms
1. Review Quality Monitoring
The efficiency and impartiality of peer reviewers are assessed on a regular basis.
2. Academic Misconduct Detection and Handling

Plagiarism detection tools include, but are not limited to: CNKI Academic Misconduct Literature Check System, Wanfang Paper Similarity Check System, CQVIP Check System, and Daya Similarity Check System. The screening focuses primarily on identifying plagiarism, and the similarity rate of manuscripts must be below 20%. If any form of academic misconduct is detected, the manuscript will be rejected.
3. Conflict of Interest Recusal
If a reviewer has a collaborative, supervisory, personal, or competitive relationship with the author, the reviewer must proactively declare the conflict and recuse themselves from the review process.
4. Appeal Channels
Authors who wish to appeal the review outcome may contact the editorial office via email at xuebao@sdjtu.edu.cn or by phone at 0531-80687340.
