In view of the publication of the aforementioned paper in Journal of Shandong Jiaotong University, and to facilitate better dissemination of the paper, the authors signing below represent all authors and voluntarily transfer all transferable copyrights of the entire paper, along with any figures, tables, abstracts, or other parts extractable from the paper— including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, distribution, information network communication, translation, adaptation, compilation, broadcasting, and exhibition—exclusively to the sponsoring entity of Journal of Shandong Jiaotong University, Shandong Jiaotong University. The relevant rights will be exercised by the editorial and publishing unit of Journal of Shandong Jiaotong University (hereinafter referred to as the Editorial Office) on behalf of Shandong Jiaotong University, primarily including but not limited to the following usage methods:
1. Publishing, reproducing, distributing, exhibiting, transmitting, compiling, and storing the paper in various known or future forms, formats, and media (including but not limited to print, digital, and electronic formats);
2. Translating, adapting the paper, using the paper to create abstracts or extracting portions from it, as well as creating other forms of derivative works based on the paper, with the resulting abstracts, foreign versions, and other derivative works also subject to the provisions of the above item 1;
3. Transferring or licensing all or part of the above rights to third parties.
The transfer of the above rights is limited to the statutory protection period of the paper's copyright, and the geographic scope of the license is worldwide. After the paper is first published in Journal of Shandong Jiaotong University edited and published by the Editorial Office, the Editorial Office shall pay the authors a one-time remuneration (including remuneration for publishing and disseminating the paper in other forms) and provide a complimentary copy of the journal. The signatories authorize the Editorial Office to publish a statement in a prominent position in Journal of Shandong Jiaotong University: “The authors of the papers in this journal have transferred copyright to this journal, and we, along with all authors, jointly declare that without the permission of this journal, no institution may reproduce or excerpt papers from this journal.” This agreement shall take effect automatically upon the acceptance of the above paper by the Editorial Office. Once the Editorial Office decides not to publish the paper, this agreement shall terminate automatically, and all rights shall revert to the authors.
The authors signing below guarantee that they are fully authorized to represent all authors in signing this agreement and that the paper is original, does not infringe upon the copyrights or other rights of others, and that permissions for any copyrighted materials such as figures and tables cited have been obtained from the rights holders; they guarantee that the paper has not been adopted by any other journal and has never been published; they guarantee that the whole or major part of the paper has not been publicly disclosed.
The signatories guarantee that they will not transfer or license the paper's copyright for use by third parties.
After the paper is published in Journal of Shandong Jiaotong University, the Editorial Office will grant the following non-exclusive rights for the authors to use:
1. To use the whole or part of the paper in the author's own monographs or theses, but must indicate that it is from Journal of Shandong Jiaotong University;
2. To use the paper in classroom teaching, including in slides, and to copy the paper for non-commercial distribution;
3. To upload the paper to their personal website or blog, but must indicate that it is from Journal of Shandong Jiaotong University, or link to the electronic version of the paper on the Editorial Office's website;
4. To reuse figures and tables from the paper, but must indicate that they are from Journal of Shandong Jiaotong University.
In case of any disputes arising from the execution of this agreement, all authors and the Editorial Office agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the People's Court at the location of the Editorial Office as the court of first instance.
